Best Mattress for a Big Man with a Bad Back.

Hi Pete,
I wanted to ask you what the best mattress would be for my husband, who is a big man. 
He has a bad back and also bad knees and bad shoulders. 
We have bought the foam mattresses and not had good luck at all. 
In fact the company replaced one of them due to it making a dip in the mattress. 
It would feel like you’re falling into a hole. Then we bought a Serta set. They replaced 2 of those. 
The whole top of the mattress on my husbands side would bunch up. 
The insides were coming loose and it would all bunch up together in spots. 
Then, we got a mattress with springs in it and it just had the foam padding on top to cushion. 
It is now bunching up too. We are moving soon and going to a king size bed instead of a queen. 

My son had told me about you and said to contact you before we purchase another mattress and have problems. 
I wanted to see what you would recommend. We have always had waterproof mattress pads on all the beds. 
My husband has had time periods where some of the medication he’s taking has made him sweat. 
I didn’t know if that was part of the problem, but like I said we’ve always had the mattress pads on. 
We would sure appreciate any help you can give us to avoid having problems again. 
Mattresses are so expensive and then to have issues is really discouraging. 
I sure hope you can help us. 
Oh also, I don’t know if you need this information, but my husband weighs about 250 and is 6’ tall.

Most of today's mattresses, have built into them, planned obsolescence.
