I have a 25 yr. old Stearns and Forster All Latex Mattress.

It's been great, but it now needs replacing.

I spend most of the day in bed because of a disability.

That’s correct. S&F is now owned by Tempur-Pedic.

They no longer make a latex mattress and all of their innerspring mattresses are upholstered with memory foam, which has all sorts of problems along with a short comfort life. Nowhere near the same.
