Latex Topper not comfortable after 7 months! What happened?

Hi Pete,

I wrote to you back in June of last year about our mattress being too firm.

I found other latex toppers online for a lot less cost, so I went with that instead.
Here it is, 7 months later, and what was comfortable is not anymore.
