Unfortunately, Simmons has been sold.
The investment group that bought them also bought Serta.
They are now being upholstered with cheap memory foam that wears quickly, sleeps hot and off gasses the toxic chemicals from which it’s made.
It’s the individually pocketed coils that made Simmons a supportive and comfortable mattress.
So, I recommend that which my wife and I sleep on at home.
The Natura of Canada Greenspring Ultra Plush Mattress also uses an individually pocketed coil system. There are more and stronger coils than anything Simmons makes.
The primary upholstery material is Natural Talalay Latex, the best upholstery available for the last 100 years. There is NO memory foam in it.
