Why did my memory foam mattress wear out so quickly?
Memory foam is specifically designed to do just that.
It's a temperature sensitive material that softens as it warms from your body's heat.
As is softens, you sink into it.
Memory foam isn't very resilient to begin with.
As the weeks and months go by, you sink further and further into it and it quickly becomes uncomfortable.
You'll notice that when you get out of bed, the memory foam returns, which is why it's called memory foam.
The diabolical part of all this is that the warranty becomes worthless.
The mattress sags only when you're in it.
However, it has to show a sage in order to prevail in a warranty claim...and that almost never happens.
The mattress industry is experiencing a boon as a result of this...all at the expense of the consumer.
