Two sided mattress for an adjustable bed base.

We have two twin XL adjustable bed bases pushed together. 

Both mattresses are two sided. One of the mattresses is in good condition.

The other one needs replaced with a similar one.

The good one has the following description:

 

1.  The size is twin XL,

2.  It is two-sided,

3.  It is approximately 12 inches thick,

4.  It works well on an adjustable bed base.

 

Does such a (new) mattress exist anywhere?

If so, I want it!
