What mattress would be close in feel to the Simmons Beautyrest Felicity?

The Brolynn Old Fashioned Two Sided Mattress in Plush is as close as you’ll find that will provide, long term, similar support and comfort.

The type of coil system used is the same, but the coils are stronger.

This mattress also uses polyurethane foam and has no memory foam in it…like in the Felicity.
