Replacing a Simmons Beautyrest World Class Mattress.

Yes. That is, still, my recommendation.
It's the individually pocketed coils that maintain the natural alignment of the spine, that makes a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress so comfortable. That same coil system is used in the Brolynn Old Fashioned Two-Sided Mattress. And, like your World Class model, the Brolynn Mattress has NO Memory Foam in it.
Today's Simmons' mattresses are all upholstered with memory foam.

Use a waterproof mattress protector to keep the mattress clean and dry.
