We had no back pain on our old Simmons Beautyrest Mattress.

We recently replaced our old Simmons Beautyrest mattress, which we loved, with a new one.
Almost immediately after the comfort guarantee time limit was over, we began experiencing back pain.
We had no back pain on our old Simmons Beautyrest Mattress.
The store was no help. They said that the body impressions were normal.
But, when we're in the mattress, we sink pretty far into it.
We contacted Simmons about this. Frankly, nobody there seems to care.

It's the memory foam in your mattress that is causing your back pain.
