White Glove Delivery is FREE. This mattress arrives in about 4 weeks.
The only good thing about that mattress is the individually pocketed coil system.
When it comes to support, there’s nothing better.
Most of today’s innerspring mattresses use the type of coil system.
The bad thing about that mattress is the memory foam upholstery.
Memory foam has proven to be the worst upholstery material ever invented.
It wears quickly, sleeps hot and off gasses the toxic/carcinogenic chemicals used to make it.
Memory foam is specifically designed to cause a mattress to need frequent replacing…and not under the terms of the warranty.
Memory foam is the only upholstery material that is temperature sensitive.
It reacts to your body heat. As it warms, it softens…allowing you to sink into it.
Within months of purchase, you’ll sink so far that you’ll develop back pain from no longer being properly aligned.
If you already have back pain, it’ll get worse.
The truly diabolical thing about memory foam is that it returns to its original shape when you get off the mattress…or close enough to it that you are highly unlikely to prevail in a warranty claim.
The terms of the warranty states that there needs to be a sustained impression of 1.5” with no one on the mattress…which almost never happens.
You simply have to replace it with a new mattress paid for out of pocket.
For many who finance expensive mattresses, they find they need to rebuy new while still paying for the old.
Any mattress upholstered with memory foam is a waste of money, harmful to your body and a health hazard to anyone breathing those toxic fumes.
Several toxic chemicals of the 61 different chemicals used to make memory foam are extremely dangerous. Formaldehyde and Benzene are only 2 of the worst of them.
The best we carry is the Natura of Canada Greenspring mattresses.
These us an individually pocketed coil unit with a much higher coil count.
The primary upholstery is natural Talalay Latex, with a little plant based poly foam and an organic cotton cover. NO MEMORY FOAM!
There’s No off gassing to worry about.
Latex is and has been the best upholstery material for the last 100 years.
