Hi Pat,
You're not alone.
Many people are buying S&F Mattresses with the assumption that they still make a quality product.
Since Tempur-Pedic bought Sealy and S&F in 2013, that is no longer true.
Any S&F mattress, purchased after January of 2014, is purposefully designed to fail quickly.
To initiate a warranty claim, you’ll need your receipt.
To prevail, the mattress must be free from any kind of stains, including perspiration stains. The sustained body impressions must be, at least, 1.5” deep.
“Sustained” means with no one on the mattress.
