Hi Amy,
Welcome back.
That Beautyrest Black/Latex Topper combination was something my wife and I had, which now belongs to our son and his wife.
2015 was the last year you could buy that with those specifications.
Simmons was sold to an investment group in 2016.
The memory foam they are using today is not cured and off gasses the toxic chemicals from which memory foam is made.
While I still have the ability to sell that mattress, I no longer do so for that reason.
My recommendation, today, is the mattress/latex topper combination my wife and I have been sleeping on for several years now.
Despite each of us weighing more than 200 lbs., it’s still in like new condition.
That mattress is the Natura of Canada Greenspring Ultra Plush.
The upholstery is natural Talalay Latex and contains no memory foam.
We added a soft latex topper to ours to accommodate my wife’s sensitive hip.
The latex topper was added to your Beautyrest out of necessity to overcome the memory foam upholstery in that mattress.
That is no longer necessary for the Natura mattress.
I recommend waiting until the mattress arrives before deciding if the latex topper is needed.
Because this mattress is upholstered with latex and no memory foam, it’s firmer than the Ultra Plush designation would lead you to believe.

Both latex topper companies that we used in 2015 fell victim to the pandemic.
One of them may recover. The other switched to memory foam.
