The best type of support to relieve chronic back pain is an individually pocketed coil.
Many of today's mattresses use this coil system, but the benefits are negated by the memory foam upholstery.
The trick is in finding that type of mattress, without any memory foam it.My wife and I are larger people. Each of us weigh more than 200 lbs.
