This mattress will be for my daughter, who just had emergency spine surgery for 2 badly herniated disks.
She is 24. She is about 5'9 and 168lbs.
She has an excellent mattress at my house in NY.
Here, she has a junky mattress and is sleeping on a friend's firm mattress (since surgery 1 week ago).
I am assuming she needs firm, not too firm, but frankly not sure what else would support her back health during recovery and going forward.
