The best thing to do is send it back.

That investment is easily recouped by upholstering everything they make with memory foam.
The key to making a successful purchase is finding a mattress that has no memory foam in it.
But, first things first. You have to get that poisonous mattress out of your house.
Your retailer needs to be dealt with a bit more harshly than you're used to.
