I, too, am in need of your expert advice.
My fiancé and I have been sleeping on a King, Sealy Ellington plush pillowtop for about 3 weeks.
It has been causing us both to awake in pain.
My fiancé weighs 195 lbs. and I weigh 150 lbs.
I have neck problems and we both have back issues.
As a matter of fact, I just got home tonight from the emergency room because of my back and hip pain.

The problems you’re experiencing are common with any mattress upholstered with memory foam.
When Sealy was purchased by Tempurpedic in 2013, and began upholstering their mattresses with memory foam, they ceased making a quality product.
The same fate had befallen all of the name brands that could once be trusted to make a quality mattress. All have been sold and memory foam is what has been used to enhance profits.
Memory foam is only upholstery material that is temperature sensitive.
As it warms from your body heat, it softens and you sink into it.
Your spines natural alignment is no longer maintained...causing pain.
And as if that weren’t bad enough, memory foam sleeps hot and off gasses the toxic chemicals from which it’s made.
In short, it’s the absolute worst upholstery material ever invented....all for the sake of enhancing profits.
You’ll notice that your mattress appears to be fine.
As such, you are highly unlikely to prevail in a warranty claim.
You, simply, have to buy a new mattress...long before you should need to.
Many people don’t realize the problem, as many don’t bother to do research.
They just go out and make the same mistake, over and over again.
This has created a boon for the industry and a nightmare for the consumer.
The key to a successful, long term purchase is in buying a mattress without memory foam.
Given your body weights, you are spared from having to buy an expensive mattress.
There are plenty of good quality mattresses at reasonable prices for average weight people.
