Quality Latex Toppers for Mattresses that are Way Too Firm.

Hello Pete,

We have mattress issues in two different locations, our residence and our beach condo. 
We have 4 mattresses, all the same, King, Queen, 2 Twins and are way too firm. 
We wake with pain and sleep very hot. 
The mattresses are made by Therapedic Sleep Products with coils and gel inside that says contours while it cools. 
We use a mattress encasements and waterproof mattress pads.

So, what is your suggestion for latex topper order?
