Purple Mattress Failing.

Hi Pete,

I have been reading through your website and would be interested in seeing what you would recommend for us.
Size cal king.  Already have a base support.
Current mattress is a purple that seems to be failing (though probably not enough for a warranty claim)

Me mid fifties 5’8” 170lbs side sleeper (sometimes back) w sleep apnea, sciatica, lower back pain and sometimes awaken with shoulder soreness   Also neck soreness and migraines

Wife mid forties 5’8” 115 lbs side sleeper only that awakens with lower back and shoulder pain. Also neck soreness

Both prefer medium firmness (we think). Neither like the foam mattress feel or heat but do like the mattresses when staying in a nice hotel

We keep the room at 70F and sleep with sheets/blankets accordingly.
In the past we have also had individual select comfort adjustable beds but in the end it felt like we were each sleeping on a bubble.

ThanksDavid

Hi David,
Yours is the first Purple Mattress feedback I've had.
I first saw The Purple Mattress when it was introduced at the trade show, several years ago.
Upon trying it, I wasn't impressed with the feel...and have always been curious about how it will wear.
Your assessment isn't very encouraging, especially considering the sizes of the two of you.

The Natura of Canada Greenspring Ultra Plush is what we have, at home.
We are, each, over 200 lbs. Our mattress remains in like new condition after the 5 years we've had it.
It is, no less than, a great mattress in terms of support, comfort and quality.
Due to the high quality of the components, the ultra plush is nowhere near as soft as it sounds.
There are 4 choices of comfort in that line. Here is a link to those mattresses:

These mattresses come with white glove delivery, which includes removal of your old mattress.
Delivery is free and there's no sales tax.

We recommend using a waterproof mattress protector with every mattress.
Keeping the upholstery materials clean and dry will extend the life of the mattress.

Thanks, Pete
