Simmons Beautyrest Black Mattress and Latex Topper for a Big Guy.

Hi Gregory,
My 1st recommendation is for the mattress we have at home.
It’s the Natura of Canada Greenspring Ultra Plush.
Shown here: 

Due to the high quality of the components, it’s not a soft as it sounds.
It does, however, provide excellent support, comfort and longevity.
It is much better made than anything Simmons is producing today.

You initially asked about a Simmons Beautyrest Black.
If your preference is that brand, then I suggest:
An L-Class in Medium Firm, and adding a 2” or 3” EverEden All Natural Soft Vytex Dunlop Latex Topper to it.

The Natura Greenspring mattress is the better of the two and a better value, as well.
The coils are stronger. There are more of them. 
And the upholstery is already natural latex with no memory foam that needs to be overcome with a separate topper.

Either way, you get white glove delivery, which includes set up in your bedroom and removal of your old mattress/set.
The latex topper arrives via ups.
Delivery is free and there’s no sales tax.


We recommend using a waterproof mattress protector with every mattress.
Keeping the upholstery materials clean and dry will extend the life of the mattress.
