White Glove Delivery and Our Old Mattress Removed.

My husband and I are not physically capable of accepting a bed in a box ups delivery.
We need a new mattress and it has to be a good one, as we are on the heavy side, weight wise.
Also important, we need white glove delivery and our old mattress removed.  
Local stores that used to offer removal of the old mattress, have stopped do it.
What do you have that will stand up to heavy people, be comfortable, and has the delivery service we need?
