Which Latex Topper for Fibromyalgia?

Hi Pete,
Four years ago, my husband and I bought a 3" latex foam topper for our very firm mattress.
We got it from an online vendor who has since gone out of business.  
I have fibromyalgia, and the topper has been great.  It's now time, however, to replace it. 
My husband is 6'5" and I am 5'7", average weight for height.  
The breakdown of the topper has definitely been faster in my hip area.  
What I don't know is the firmness level of our current topper. Will a firmer one last longer?  
Based on the information above, what firmness might you recommend?

Retailers go out of business for short sighted reasons, like trying to maximize profits at the expense of quality.

My wife and I, each in the 225 lb. range, have been using the same 3" latex topper for the past 6 years.
And, it is still, in like new condition.

Low quality latex...latex that isn't pure, but with fillers added, like clay, reduces the longevity. 
They can still be sold as all "natural"...because clay is a natural substance.
This is the kind of thing that is common with latex that is processed in China.
Many west coast retailers get their latex from China...which, typically, needs frequent replacing.
