Hi Shelly,
The Natura of Canada Bourdolay Natural Talalay Latex Mattress is 11.5" thick.
I suggest opting for the low profile 5" high foundation.

Most bed frames are 7" high, but there is a low profile frame available, that is only 3" high.
So, the total height of this bed can be as low as 19.5" total height.
That would be just a little taller than an average seat height for most chairs, (18").
