Extremely Expensive Aireloom Mattress is Sagging After Only One Year.

Hi Pete,
I have a one year old Aireloom mattress that is sagging.
I'm 5' 8" and only weigh 160 lbs., and yet, I only got one years out of this extremely expensive mattress.
I did no research before buying this mattress, but I will from now on.
Can you tell me what went wrong?
What is the best mattress and what you would recommend?

Hi Sally,
The key to a successful purchase is to avoid any mattress upholstered with memory foam.
Your Aireloom, along with all of the, so called, "name brands", are upholstered with memory foam.
Memory foam has proven to be the absolute worst upholstery material ever invented.
Not only is it a poor quality product, in terms of performance, it's also a health hazard...off gassing the toxic chemicals from which it's made.

Our best mattresses are from Natura of Canada.
Their Greenspring line uses a pre-compressed individually pocketed coil system.
This type of coil unit is ideal for people with disc related back problems. 
Proper contouring, upward support is the key to maintaining your spine's natural alignment.

The coil count is very high and the coils are very firm and strong.
The steel used to make the coils is double tempered.
What's more, the upholstery material is Natural Talalay Latex.
Latex is and has been the best upholstery material for the latex 100 years.

My wife and I have the Ultra Plush model....which, in no way, can be considered to be too soft. 
All four models provide the same firm support.

I do carry another brand with two lines.
One line are old fashioned quality, two-sided mattresses with polyurethane foam.
The other line are one sided mattresses upholstered with latex.
