Making a Sealy Posturepedic Monitor 266 Hotel Mattress more comfortable.

Hi Pete,

We have 2 Sealy Posturepedic Monitor 266 mattresses in the motel where we are living long term.

Both are in pretty bad shape. All of the tags are ripped off.

The owner of the motel will not replace them.

How old is this mattress?

There is, or in your case, was a label that provided the date of manufacture.

I can't imagine anyone being interested in a mattress that is in bad shape.

Nor can I imagine wanting to replace it in a motel they don't own.

What I can imagine, is someone with a mattress like that wanting to know how to make it comfortable.

You can greatly improve the comfort of that mattress by adding a latex topper...which you can take with you.
