A Mattress to Relieve Back, Shoulder and Hip Pain...and Numbness in the Arm and Leg.

Hi Peter,
I’ve been researching mattresses and found your site to be the most helpful and informative.
I could use some help figuring out what mattress would be a good option for us. 

I am 43 and weigh 140 lb. and sleep mainly on my side and back. 
I often struggle to sleep and toss and turn a LOT, which wakes up my husband. 
I have chronic shoulder and neck pain, and usually wake up with pain in my hips which results in numbness in my legs.

My husband, at 45, is much taller/larger at 220 lb. and sleeps on his side or stomach (he snores when he sleeps on his back). 
He often has numbness in his arms, but sleeps much better than I do.

It’s extremely difficult to find a mattress that works for us both. 
We recently stayed at a Loews hotel and the Tivoli Elegance Luxury Euro Plush Pillow Top was fabulous…not too firm, and not too soft. 
That’s how I discovered your site. You mentioned that it is no longer sold and that even if it were, it wouldn’t be the same as the hotel’s. 
So now we’re back to square one. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 
Based on your site, we can assume latex is the way to go, but even then there are so many options!  
We live in Washington state.
