Simmons Beautyrest Mattress made for the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

I frequently visit PA and stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I always sleep much better on their mattress. 
I checked the label and all it said was Simmons Beautyrest made for the Crowne Plaza Hotel. 
Any idea the model or type of mattress? 
I sleep on a firm mattress and the Crowne mattress seems softer than mime.

The specific model is not as important as that it's a Simmons Beautyrest.
It's the individually pocketed coil system that contours to the shape of your body and maintains the natural alignment of your spine, that makes it so comfortable.

You have a number of options open to you.
Simmons Beautyrest mattresses made for hotel are different from those made for retail stores.
The difference is the memory foam used in retail mattresses....not used in hotel mattresses.
Memory foam causes a mattress to need frequent replacing. The hotel mattresses have a much greater longevity.

Option #1:
Buy the mattress through the hotel. Many hotels offer their mattresses for sale to the public.
It costs more to buy through a hotel, but they hold up better.

Option #2:
Buy a Simmons Beautyrest through a retail store.
Because of the memory foam, I recommend getting a luxury firm Beautyrest and adding a 2" plush latex topper to it.

Option #3:
If all that is wrong with the mattress you have, is that it's too firm, adding the latex topper to it, will make it much more comfortable.
Doing this first make the most sense. If, after adding this latex topper to what you have, you find that you still want  a new mattress, you can add that topper to it.
If it turns out that the latex topper did the trick for you, you've saved yourself the cost of a new mattress.
