Hi Julie,
I have a couple of excellent options for you.
Option #1: The Simmons Beautyrest Black Desiree Luxury Firm Mattress and the EverEden pure, all natural 2" Soft Talalay Latex Topper.

Option #2: The Natura of Canada Greenspring Ultra Plush mattress.
With this mattress, there is no need to purchase a separate latex topper. This mattress is already upholstered with Talalay Latex.

Both mattresses use a pre-compressed, individually pocketed coil system...which maintains the natural alignment of the spine.
You need the latex topper with any Simmons Beautyrest to overcome the memory foam in the mattress.
The Natura of Canada Greenspring mattresses have a higher coil count and the coils are stronger.
Option #1 will have a little softer feel than option #2. (Comfort is important).
Option #2 will last longer, but both will hold up well under your weights.
Option #2 isn't as expensive.

Both mattress come with white glove delivery, which includes removal of your old mattress.
Option #1 takes about 2 weeks to arrive.
Option #2 takes about 3-4 weeks to arrive.
