If going with a Greenspring mattress, it’s likely to last you for the rest of your lives.
But because the components are of such high quality, so resilient, so durable...there’s a good possibility that it won’t be comfortable enough for people who are so slender...so light in weight for your heights.
Even if you go with the Ultra Plush model, you may need to add something to soften it further.
Your comfort is what concerns me. After all, what good is a mattress that lasts so long if you’re not comfortable.

If I were to choose for you, I’d sacrifice the extraordinary longevity for more comfort, with the type of support is the same, although not as strong.
The upholstery is softer memory foam, but with a latex topper, the comfort is very good, with longevity being more in the 10 year range.
