Is it Time to Replace a 19 Year Old Simmons Beautyrest Carmel Mattress?

Hi Pete,
I have a 19 year old Simmons Beautryrest “Carmel” mattress.  I believe it was a high end model, at the time.  
The label says it is covered with 52% urethane foam.
I can’t tell from the labels if the mattress is flippable?  I have never done it before.  I do rotate it 180 degrees.  
It still seems fine, overall, comfort wise. Should I just replace it do to age?

If you judge the quality of a new mattress based on what you have, you’d be surprisingly disappointed.
Today’s Simmons Beautyrest mattresses are upholstered with memory foam, which is specifically designed to cause a mattress to need frequent replacing.

Simmons, along with all of the other name brands, have been sold...since you bought your mattress. 
"Quality" can no longer be associated with any of them.
Replacing your mattress would be a huge mistake.

I do have a recommendation for you that will greatly extend the life of your mattress.
You have a quality mattress and you’ll want to hang on to it as long as possible.
