Pure Talalay Bliss 3” Plush Latex Topper for an Old Dux Mattress.

Hi Pete,
We have an 18 year old Queen size Dux mattress 1001.  
This basic model has served us well but I am wondering if it has reached the end of its life.  
We have only changed out the topper once and the Dux toppers do not seem to be very robust especially given their price.

Short of getting  new bed I am wondering if the item mentioned in the subject line would give our Dux bed another lifetime.  
We both sleep on our sides about 75% of the time. I am skinny and find I am getting shoulder issues.  
-Do you think the Pure Talalay Bliss 3” Plush Latex Topper is the optimum solution?  
-Does the fact that this is a foam blend add to its ability to support over a longer period of time?
-Does heat become more or less of an issue with the blend?

Good Morning Phil,
Blended latex is a mix of natural and synthetic latex.
Synthetic latex is a molecular clone of the natural.
The reason why it’s used, is for consistency...so the end product is the same every time it’s made.
100% all natural latex will vary a little, from batch to batch.
There is no real difference in performance or longevity.
There is no heat problem...as there is with memory foam.
