Which Simmons Beautyrest Mattress Is Best For Me?

I found your website, late yesterday, and am very impressed with the level of content. 
So many mattress websites are clearly trying to push consumers towards brands which will benefit the blogger instead of giving the true picture. 
I really appreciate the honest advice you have given there. 
I was at Raymour and Flanigan, testing mattresses. I want to pick your brain as to which one to buy given the state of the mattress world. 

I am 60 years old, weigh 145 pounds and have a history of back spasms. 
I am a side sleeper and sleep with a pillow between my knees. I know that I want a Firm mattress. 
The salesman was pushing the Beautyrest Black (Calista) which was comfortable in the store but very expensive. 
Raymour and Flanigan also sells the Beautyrest Platinum (Franklin Heights) and the Beautyrest Silver (two models - Florence and Harper). 
I am reluctant to spend the $$$ for the Black, knowing that the lifespan isn't great. 
Do you recommend either of the Silver models or the Platinum model? 
Is there a difference between the 5" and the 9" foundations (other than the size)? 
Their named models are slightly different from the models you recommend on your website. 

My plan is to buy the bed from them and to then buy the latex topper from you. I am going to need the bed within a few days.

Given your weight and that you will be using a latex topper, all you need is a Silver Series Beautyrest.

The model names will be different, but that doesn't matter.
I have a hard time recommending an extra firm to a female at your weight. The Luxury Firm model should do just fine.
"Back spasms" is a muscle issue and an extra firm mattress isn't very helpful for that problem.

Soften the surface of a too firm mattress. Insulate yourself from the memory foam in your mattress to Sleep Cool. Extend the comfort life of your mattress.

There is no difference between the 5.5" boxspring and the 9" boxspring, in terms of performance or longevity.
The difference is for the sole purpose of your ease of getting in and out of bed.


ALSO IMPORTANT:
I suggest using a waterproof mattress protector with every mattress.
Keeping your mattress clean and dry will greatly extend the life and loft of the upholstery materials inside. Ours sleep cool and make NO Noise.
