Should We Replace a Stearns and Foster Oasis Saybrook Point Latex Mattress.

We have a Stearns and Foster Oasis Saybrook Point latex mattress. 
We've had it a long time and it's lost some of its original comfort.
We've been looking at the current S&F latex mattresses. Are they comparable?
Should I use a 2" talalay topper on the one I have to add comfort and extend its life?
Appreciate your help.

Sealy and S&F are now owned by Tempurpedic.
EVERYTHING, including their latex lines, are now poisoned with memory foam.
They ARE NOT comparable.
They are designed to need much more frequent replacing...because of the memory foam.
You are much better off hanging on to what you have.
