Is a Stearns and Foster Pillowtop the Best Mattress for a Stomach Sleeper.

I am 5'9" and 185 lbs. I am a stomach sleeper.
What kind of mattress should I be looking for? 
When I go to the stores, there are just too many choices. 
As an engineer, who asks a lot of questions, I have been less than impressed with the information I get from the salespeople I've encountered.
In the three times I've ventured out, I left the store confused and with a headache.
I saw a Stearns and Foster Luxury Plush Euro-Pillowtop that I thought was comfortable.

Hi Mike,
I was raise by a brilliant man with 2 engineering degrees.
And while I am not an engineer, I was raised to think like one.
That headache comes from all the off gassing of the toxic chemicals used to make the memory foam in all those mattresses at stores.
Stearns & Foster is now owned by Tempurpedic and all of their mattresses are upholstered with this toxic memory foam...thee thing to avoid.
Memory foam, just to add insult to injury, wears poorly...a temperature sensitive material that sinks as it warms from your body heat.
A plush pillowtop without, memory foam, isn't a good idea for a stomach sleeper.
It's a total disaster, with memory foam.
Once in the bed, your body heat will cause the memory foam to soften.
You will then sink where you're heaviest...around the hips and waist.
Once that happens, you will exaggerate the arch in the small of your back...causing extreme pain.

All of the major brands are now owned by other companies who are looking to profit from their investment...and memory foam is what they use to do that.
It wears poorly, sleeps hot, and off gasses the toxic chemicals from which it's made.
Your headache is the most common side effect. But for some, they are much worse, as the fumes from the memory foam attack your respiratory system.

The highest quality upholstery material is and has been natural, chemical free latex...for the last 100 years....most comfortable and longest lasting.
A mattress with the highest coil count, using coils made of double tempered steel and upholstered with natural high density latex should appeal to an engineer.
