Mattress "Top Tips" For Warm Sleepers.

Hi Pete,
I found your site https://themattressexpert.com/ while reading about getting better sleep.

Natural Talalay and Dunlop Latex Pillows provide comfort that lasts for years. Choose from the best brand names. Pure Bliss or EverEden or Natura or Palmpring.
You seem to know a lot about sleep related content, and I was wondering if you would like to contribute to a blog post I am working on.
It's centered around people's "Top Tips For Warm Sleepers"
A warm sleeper is someone who at any given temperature will have less cloths, sheets, blankets, lighter sleeping bags, etc. than a "cold sleeper".

If you would like to contribute your top tip for "warm sleepers" to get a good night's sleep, I will add it to my list of tips for this blog post, and I will of course link back to your site.
A paragraph minimum response would work best for this (5-6 sentences), and you can respond directly to this e-mail.

Regardless, thank you for your time, and hopefully we can get an awesome post going that will help warm sleepers get a better night's sleep!
I look forward to hearing back from you

Hi Chase,
I'm happy to add my 2 cents to your post.

Everyone's body temperature cyclically varies several times through the course of a night's sleep...heating up and cooling down.
The last thing you need is to sleep on a product that causes you to sleep hot. There is only one product that does that...and that's memory foam.
Memory foam is the only upholstery material that is temperature sensitive...absorbing your body's heat and reflecting it back to you.
Avoid mattresses with memory foam in them, and you'll sleep cooler.

If you already own a mattress with memory foam, and are sleeping too hot, you can insulate yourself from the memory foam by adding a latex topper, which naturally sleeps cool.

When you're older...menopausal...the body changes from hot to cold and back again much more frequently and to a greater degree.
Since there's nothing that you can do about that, I suggest keeping a smaller, personal size blanket by the side of your mattress, which you can easily add and remove throughout the night,

as needed.
