The cost is what gets me and i would worry about 'hard sell.

The mattress on that adjustable bed is made of memory foam...the worst type of mattress available anywhere.
It not only wears poorly, it will aggravate any and all of your physical ailments.
An adjustable bed base has very little therapeutic value.
If you're buying one so that you can hang out in your bedroom...sitting up to watch TV, play on your laptop, eat or read...that's great...and all that it's good for.
If you're buying it because you think it will help with your aches and pains...it won't help much...certainly not enough to justify the price.
If you sleep on your side, at all, then you will need to do so with the bed flat.
