Talalay Latex Mattress Topper to Hawaii.

Aloha Pete,
My cousin and I moved to Hawaii for school and bought new mattresses there. What a painful mistake. 
My cousin suffers from Lupus and RA that includes extreme pain in her joints and extreme night sweats she is 5'7 and weighs 200 lbs. 
She starts out on her side and turns on to her back to sleep. I am 5'5" and weigh 273 lbs. 
I have been in two car accidents and have injured my entire back between both accidents and have arthritis in my neck, I am a side sleeper and end up on my back as well.

We have begun looking for the same beds and we were willing to find a way to buy our same beds or the equivalent-and get them to Hawaii no matter what--which after reading your website questions that people have asked and have been answered that Sealy is no longer a good quality mattress. 
We must do something fast, we do not want to spend another semester and the next two more years in this kind of pain.
We were wondering if we could just add the latex toppers that you suggest and that would help or do we buy new mattresses again? 
What is an equivalent to the Sealy Posturepedic Hyland Way Plush Euro Pillowtop? It is firm and comfy and pain relieving.
We also are looking for good quality sheets that can help with night sweats?
