Buying an EverEden Latex Mattress online.

Are they available for me to try at a local retailer.
I am asking because it would be tough for me to purchase a mattress I haven't tested out.

Hi David,
Stores aren't interested in selling quality products. They want you as a return customer on a frequent basis. 
Stores also have limited space. Each spot on the floor has to pay for itself. For the most part, they floor fluffy mattresses that sell easily.
Frankly, the EverEden latex isn't much to look at. For that mattress, the proof is in the sleeping. 
You probably wouldn't choose it, if it were surrounded by mattresses with more seductive initial comfort.
I'm not the only one handling this brand, but I don't know where you'd be able to try it.
And quite frankly, being able to try it hasn't done much for you so far.
Trying a floor sample these days is nothing more than an old, bad habit....since the vast majority of mattress won't feel the same a year later, due to all the memory foam.
All you have at stores is a false sense of security....the illusion that you know what you're doing.
The result of buying a latex mattress will come as a surprise...as nothing you've done, so far, has prepared you for it.
Latex has a unique feel...soft and comfy...but also, extremely resilient. It holds you up. The feel is as though you were floating.
Latex mattresses come with a 20 year warranty. And to prevail in a warranty claim, a body impression only needs to be .75" deep.
For most other beds, the sustained impression needs to be 1.5" deep.
However, since memory foam returns when you get off of the mattress, you are not likely to prevail in a warranty claim...as you have learned the hard way.
