However, I've had this mattress for about 60 days now and I actually have more aches and pains, especially in my shoulders.
I'm a side sleeper. Ironically I was convinced to buy this because it was the only mattress that I didn't feel like caused pressure to my shoulders when on my side.
It feels like it might be too hard for me despite it being the softest tempupedic makes.
Any ideas what to top this with or how to make it more comfortable?
Unfortunately I bought it from a sleep store so my warranty period is done. I have to keep it.

Most people don't understand that the problems you're having is due to the memory foam in your mattress, which is why their advertising still works in attracting customers.
Memory foam is highly deceptive in it's nature...feeling good enough to make the sale...but not after you get it home...and, usually not until the exchange period has ended.
The result, is more frequent sales to the same people.
This deception has created a boon for the industry and a nightmare for the consumer...especially for those who haven't figured out that they need to avoid mattresses made with memory foam.
Memory foam is slow recovery, temperature sensitive chemical soup....bad for you in every way.
It softens as it warms from your body's heat....allowing you to sink.
At first, it cradles you....feeling pretty good. But, after this nightly warming and softening, it soon loses the little resiliency it has...allowing you to sink through it to the firmer foam below.
This is why you have pain.
It's the pervasive advertising hype for memory foam and Tempurpedic specifically, that caused you to buy...nothing but brainwashing.
Salespeople talk about that junk as if it were the best thing since sliced bread. They are trained to do that and there's money to be made.
The memory foam on top of your mattress is worthless.
