Natura Greenspring Pocketed Coil and Latex Mattress for Sciatica and Bursitis.

Hey Pete,
I'm looking for a new mattress mainly for physical reasons, but it's about time.
I'm a 62 y.o. man, 5' 10", 205 Lbs. Girl friend is 5' 3", slightly over weight.
I currently have a multi-layered memory foam mattress that is 17+ years old. I wake up in the morning shaped like a 'U'.
The mattress has a big divot right at the hips. G-friend wake with back hurting. 
I got a 3" feather bed topper that mostly works, if I fluff it every evening.
I am a side sleeper (90% rightside). About 5 years ago, I started developing sciatica as well as bursitis in the hips. 
Over the past couple of years, I wake up to pain from either the sciatica or the bursitis... or both. With the occasional shoulder pain thrown in for good measure. 
Recently had a cortisone shot in the right hip. That has relieved the bursitis (till it wears off).

A friend swears by the Beautyrest Black, but he is young and healthy. I've googled 'sciatic mattress' and they have a top 10 list of mattress' that I know nothing about.

I read a few of your other responses and you do sound like you know what you're talking about.

Hi Kevin,
The first thing to do, is to flip your mattress over and reapply your feather topper.
That alone, should help quite a bit with your back pain.
