Even if you were to order that mattress from the hotel, what would arrive to you home would not be the same as the one you slept on.
Last month, Simmons changed the contents of their mattresses to be upholstered with all memory foam.
Memory foam is comfortable, initially, but loses its comfort and support quickly.
It is specifically designed to need frequent replacing...all part of the corporate greed that drives so many of our industries.
You're used to the quality of 30 years ago. You would be sorely disappointed in the couple of years you'd get out of a mattress with so much memory foam.
I suggest that you keep what you have and simply add a latex topper to provide the surface comfort that you are currently lacking with your old Sealy.
