Simmons Beautyrest Legend Plush Mattress.

My husband and I bought a mattress from Lemoyne Sleeper 2.5 years ago and it was the worst purchase possible....and of course now they are out of business.  
The mattress was quick to become a mountain in the middle and both of us sinking in the sides.  
Lemoyne actually replaced it after about 3 months and the new mattress is even worse.
We went to another store and seemed to like the Simmons Beautyrest Legend Plush, although difficult to know when you just lay on it for one minute in the store.  
I see on your website you are recommending the Simmons Beautyrest World Class Santorini Luxury Firm with a Soft Latex topper?  
Just wondering what is meant by Luxury Firm and if I would find this mattress too hard. 


Another complaint about our mattress (not completely sure its related to the mattress) when we lay down at night we both feel like our nose is closing up....like there are some allergens in the bed.  
Have you heard of this and would you recommend a certain mattress for this as well?


Also just wondering if you have recommendations for baby crib mattresses.

This Santorini Beautyrest World Class is also available in plush, which would more match the feel of the Legend you tried.


However, the plush models use a thin gauge wire coil, which creates too great a depth of softness.
This will translate into pre-mature wear and improper support for your back....which is why we don't show the plush models on our website.
The luxury firm model uses a much heavier gauge wire with the same comfortable sleeping surface....a much better choice for longevity and spinal support.
Adding an Ever-Eden soft 2" Talalay latex topper to that, will give you the luxurious feel you're after, without losing its shape over the years.
It is the memory foam in your Lemoyne that you are reacting to. You won't have that problem with Simmons or the latex topper.

A crib mattress should be firm...to avoid sids. Also, avoid memory foam. The toxic off-gassing won't be good for the baby.
