I have read the comments and answers on your site extensively and have had not had any luck in the past with the memory foam, air beds and the pillow top mattress that we have now.
We are desperately searching for a solution. I am wondering if you would recommend the Simmons Beautyrest Black Calista or Desiree either with a latex mattress topper.
My husband and I are one the large side.

You can't go wrong with either of those mattresses. My wife and I had tested an older version of the Simmons Black Desiree/Latex Topper sleep system at home.
The Calista and Desiree are firm mattresses, with the Desiree being the more comfortable of the two.
An Ever-Eden 2" soft talalay latex topper will add comfort and pressure point relief.
