Hi Danielle,
Sealy is now owned by Tempurpedic and have poisoned most of their mattresses with memory foam.
The older Sealy Posturepedic Reserve has no memory foam.
A mattress is still available that is made the same as the Reserve model you asked about, although you will find it difficult to locate in stores...as this is now the low end of the Sealy line.
The softest available is in plush.

To shop for this locally, you'll ask for a "Classic Posturepedic, Level A-3 in Plush"
If you should find this mattress to be not soft enough, you can add an Ever-Eden All Natural 2" Soft Talalay Latex Topper to it.
