Hi Valerie,
There is nothing that does the job, nearly as well as all natural latex foam.
Latex is and has always been the best.
A latex allergy is topical....meaning, it has to come in contact with your skin for you to react to it.
Our latex toppers come complete with a cover, so you won't be touching it.
Also, if you're basing your fears on your experience with gloves and bandages, you're doing yourself a disservice. 
The allergen in latex is the protein, which mostly removed from latex foam during its processing.
All latex foams have so much of the protein removed, as to render it hypo-allergenic.
We also carry a latex topper from Ever-Eden, called "Vytex" latex...a newer process that removes virtually all of the protein allergen. It, too, comes in a cover.
Problem solved.

You don't have to settle for a product that doesn't work.

We recommend the latex toppers because they are maintenance free...you just set it and forget it.
The down toppers require fluffing on a regular basis...although, less so with the synthetic than with the natural.
