It came out to $500 and I'm really unhappy with the mattress quality.
Whenever I move around I can feel the springs sort of moving, sort of like sticking to itself when it compresses and popping back into place.
It sort of feels like the equivalent of cracking your knuckles if that makes any sense. Like it gets caught on something and then quickly moves back into place.
Is there anything I can do about this? I would prefer not to have to send it back as I can only exchange it for something else on BBBY and my primary option is this
Also I already cut the tag off, do you think that will be a problem with the exchange?
Would really appreciate your help, this is really bothering me.

You would have to ask your people at the store about the tag.
It shouldn't matter, unless they intend to resell it as new...something they shouldn't be doing.
It's a pity that you didn't do the research before buying.
If you were to look at the Simmons Beautyrests that we offer on our website, you'll notice that there are no "Plush" models listed.
If you had researched Beautyrests on line, you'd have noticed that the reviews are no less than horrible.
The reason why they are so bad, is due to all the plush and plush pillowtop models sold....which is why they aren't on my website.
The plush models use a very thin gauge wire for the coils...much thinner than the firmer models.
The plush and pillowtop models simply do not hold up for more than a year.
This is not a mattress you'll want to keep. If you can exchange it for a firm model, you can then add an Ever-Eden all natural 2" soft Talalay Latex topper to it.
Latex is thee best upholstery material on the planet....most comfortable and most durable. It will extend the life of the mattress, while providing extraordinary surface comfort that sleeps cool.
