We slept at a hotel with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress and inquired as to the model. Management provided us with the below information. 

Would you be able to provide any insight as to what I would be looking for on the retail market?

We no longer carry Sealy/S&F, not since they were bought by Tempurpedic in 2013.
However, I do have a friend in the business who does carry them.
