The Natura Greenspring line uses a pocketed coil system, very much like the Beautyrest....only better.
Natura uses a twice tempered coil, while the Simmons coils are not tempered.
Natura's upholstery is all natural and almost all of it is Talalay Latex...which is a far better material than the poly and memory foams used by Simmons.
Natura uses a single layer of poly foam in the quilted cover. Latex cannot be quilted...it tears. But, this layer of poly foam is also all natural plant based, and not the chemical based poly used more commonly.

Of them, I can't help but feel that the "Plush" model is your best buy, based on your size and that you are a female.
When on your side, the plush model will give better at your hip.
Lying on your side will help relieve the vertigo, according to my wife, who has it.
