I've recently purchased a Kingsdown Pillowtop Queen mattress because my Stearns and Foster luxury plush euro-pillowtop mattress started sagging get after only 8 months.
What pros and cons can you offer.

I'm afraid you've repeated your initial mistake.
Kingsdown has a terrible reputation for their lack of over all quality.
However, the pillowtops trump any quality the mattress might have.

And, that S&F with or without a pillowtop is a horrible choice. Now that Tempurpedic owns them, they've added lots of memory foam to all their models.
You're drawn by the initial comfort, that the mattress industry is pushing, which is always a mistake waiting to happen.
Pillowtop mattresses sell well because of their initial comfort, but all of them will lose their shape much too quickly, leaving you with nothing more than expensive junk.

I was so glad to stumble on this site. We would like a new/different mattress for our master bedroom. We have the Denver Mattress Doctors Choice pillowtop, from 2003.

The difference being that the latex doesn't flatten out. You then have all the comfort you want, and it'll last a good long time.
