Which Latex Topper for a Simmons Black Alexia Mattress.

Good afternoon:  
I have been on your website several times.  We have a fairly new Simmons Beautyrest Alexia Extra Firm queen size mattress.  
We previously had pillow tops or luxury top mattresses which became too soft and unsupportive.  
I am 6’2”, 215 lbs with some back and shoulder issues, and am a side sleeper.  My wife is 5’6” and around 130 pounds with a bad neck.  
I am interested in purchasing a 2” latex mattress topper from you but am unsure of whether to purchase soft, medium or firm or whether Ever Eden or Pure Latex Bliss is the way to go.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
