Firmness Level of the Simmons Beautyrest Recharge Pacific Series mattress.

Hi Sherri,
That mattress would have been available in a choice of firmnesses, including plush.
The plush models are the ones more easily sold, due to their initial comfort.
The plush models use a thinner gauge wire coil to produce the plush feel, which creates a greater depth of softness...not enough support.
You can firm up the surface with a latex topper. I would suggest the Dunlop, shown here:


Before adding the topper, flip the mattress over, so that the memory foam is face down. The underside will be a little firmer.
